Manual Blaster

HSF Group are seeking a reliable Shot Blaster Operator to join our team. You will operate shot blasting equipment to remove surface contaminants/ rust from fabricated components, preparing them for paint. Working closely with our finishing team, you’ll help ensure every unit meets HSF’s high standards for finish and safety.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate manual blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting and refurbishment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure surfaces meet quality standards.
• Maintain blasting equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures..

Experience & Skills

• Experience with sandblasting equipment preferred but not essential
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physical stamina for working in protective gear and standing for long periods
• Understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements
