HSF Group is currently recruiting a skilled and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on role operating A CNC Press Brake Machine, producing high-quality components to technical drawings and production specifications. You’ll be part of a busy workshop environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are key.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines, including manual set-ups as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bend allowances.
• Program machine controls to achieve correct angles, bends, and dimensions.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional compliance.
• Carry out routine maintenance, safety checks, and housekeeping on machinery and work area.
• Troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments where needed.
• Work to daily production targets while maintaining HSF quality standards.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures at all times.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Confident reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
