With a strong electrical/ mechanical background, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our equipment and facilities by carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance, reducing downtime, and supporting efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond promptly to breakdowns or equipment issues.
• Diagnose and repair machinery faults, sourcing and replacing parts as needed.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards across maintenance work.
• Manage and organise tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment.
• Track and control maintenance-related costs.
• Provide support during unplanned repairs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with management to improve health & safety processes and standards.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain production flow and minimise disruption.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or time-served in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, PC-based systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time management skills.
