Office Administrator

HSF Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with a strong emphasis on accurate administration, production support, and accounts support.

The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates well with colleagues and customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and support efficient workflow.
  • Create production packs for the workshop.
  • Complete data entry accurately and on time using Sage Accounts Software.
  • Organise and maintain office files and records (electronic and paper).
  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues as required.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and handle enquiries with good phone etiquette.
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
  • Ensure a high standard of clerical work, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with Sage Accounts, Microsoft Word, and Excel all desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accurate typist with strong data-entry and clerical ability.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
